Marc McGrath – Principal

After graduating from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1997, Marc remained in Atlanta and began his career with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta serving in operations, cash management and retail product delivery. Prior to working directly on behalf of small to mid-size businesses, Marc served in multiple roles including chief technology officer and chief information officer of multi-billion financial institutions, including developing and maintain the primary communication system for a correspondent bank that serviced over 1,000 other community banks. Marc has in-depth experience with the majority of technology platforms and has a passion for organizations getting the most out of their technology.

Paul Wilson – Principal

After graduating from Auburn University, Paul moved to Atlanta in 1995. Like Marc, Paul built his career on a foundation of working for government in roles with both the State of Georgia Department of Banking and Finance and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, serving as a financial institution regulatory examiner in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Paul then served as a risk management officer of a multi-billion correspondent bank that serviced over 1,000 other community banks and as chief financial officer of multiple community banks prior to joining forces with Marc to build a team that serves small to mid-size businesses with their technology, operational, and compliance needs.
